When I was in the early stages of writing “The Chronicles of Ki,” I read Zacharia Sitchin’s seminal series, “The Chronicles of Earth.” All nine books. What I read there changed my entire outlook on the origin of the human species. The evidence is all around the world, especially ancient Sumer, where modern civilization finds its roots. Sumerians had an ongoing, intimate relationship with the Annunaki, their so-called “gods.” Sitchin’s work in Sumerian archaeology is unparalleled, and his books are a recommended and worthy read.
